Welcomes you to Bigfork, Montana in the Flathead Valley
Located at 2900 feet above sea level, the small village of Bigfork sits beside a sparkling bay where the wild white waters of the Swan River run into Flathead Lake.
This is one of the most beautiful areas in Montana. Glacier National Park's towering peaks rise from the valley floor on the east, and the mountains of the Flathead National Forest define the edge of the valley to the west. This is a land of forests, lakes, and pastures -- with a velvet-green valley floor, green and granite mountains, and a dramatic deep-blue ceiling.
